• Understand and overcome the barriers to changes that result in solution implementations
• Develop measures to monitor the success of the solution

The Course

This course is customized to the your company requirements and generally requires 24-32 hours for completion. The methods used to facilitate learning include case studies, role-playing, self-assessments, group activities, discussions and videos. Participants apply the problem solving process and tools to real work problems in the workshop environment.
